NJDOT LAIF FY2024 & NJDOT FY2026 – Memorial Drive Improvements *REBID*

Description: Project consists of two (2) Base Bids and two (2) Alternate Bids that consist of sidewalk and roadway improvements. Base Bid ‘A' includes milling and paving of asphalt sidewalk, full depth pavement repair, construction of accessible curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, concrete vertical drainage improvements, topsoil restoration, and all other improvements shown within the Construction Plans. Base Bid ‘B' includes milling and paving of roadway, full depth pavement repair, concrete sidewalk, concrete vertical and sloped curb, drainage improvements, striping, and all other improvements shown within the Construction Plans. Alternate Bid ‘AA' includes additional tinted stamped concrete sidewalk paths, illuminated bollards, topsoil restoration, and all other improvements shown within the Construction Plans. Alternate Bid ‘AB' includes additional milling and paving of asphalt sidewalk.
