New Modular Concessions and Restroom Building at Hilmar High School – Football Stadium RFP

Description: Work includes fabricate, transport and install a 1,440 SF, mono-roof slope, standing seam metal roofing, moment frame building, utilizing a 12'x 40' module. The building must have a dsa approved pc, 7 feet overhangs at the front of the building with 2' sidewall and rear overhangs, hollow metal doors and windows, stucco exterior finish, frp interior wall finishes, restrooms & partitions, suspended t-bar & gyp. Bd. Ceilings, stainless steel serving counter & roll-up doors. Building must also have complete mechanical HVAC system (all spaces shall be conditioned), electrical power & lighting and plumbing fixtures.
