Summary
In general, the project scope includes, but is not limited to, select demolition of existing buildings and site utilities, installation of new site utility and road infrastructure, and the construction of a new +/-350,000 GSF multi-story replacement high school in Pinson, AL for the County Board of Education (JEFCOED). The building construction consists of poured-in-place concrete retaining walls, load bearing cmu with brick and EIFS veneer, prefabricated concrete plank and composite steel floor framing, asphalt shingle roofing on light gauge metal trusses, TPO membrane low-slope roofing on metal deck and steel joists, and full MEP building system infrastructure.
