NC State University’s Campus Operations and Maintenance, Energy Management Department seeks sealed proposals from qualified Enbridge Gas-certified providers for firm, full-requirements natural gas supply and transportation service. The service is for the University’s Raleigh campus accounts, which support critical heating infrastructure, utility facilities, academic zones, and residences, and use approximately two million dekatherms of natural gas annually. The University intends to select one provider for the fixed-basis-cost component and separately purchase fixed-price NYMEX futures strips and short-term monthly market gas; it provides no minimum or maximum volume guarantees.
