Description: DESIGN-BUILD services for the development of the EMO facility. This requirement includes demolition of existing facilities and construction of a new multi-functional engineering and mission support facility intended to consolidate key operational functions into a centralized modern workspace environment. Demolition activities include removal of the existing Motor Pool Facility (Building N251), Machine Shop (Building N216), associated fuel infrastructure including two (2) existing Motor Pool Fuel pumps with underground fuel tanks and environmental closure of the fuel tanks, and related site improvements.
