Design-Build Services for Horizontal/Civil Engineering Projects (Statements of Qualifications)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD Firms to provide design, permitting, construction, and related services for horizontal/civil engineering projects on an as-needed basis under an annual contract. The proposed contract is intended to provide continued design-build capacity for future City capital improvement, infrastructure, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and improvement projects. Representative work may include roadway, drainage, stormwater, utility coordination, sidewalk, ADA, intersection, traffic, site/civil, retaining wall, culvert, minor structural, maintenance of traffic, permitting, testing, as-built, closeout, and related appurtenant work.
