Description: Professional services for the renovation of the Nancy Moore park pavilion and restroom building. Required upgrades include: New aluminum drip edge, ice/water guard. Update pavilion structure: replace damaged boards, power wash and finish with stain. Install new vinyl siding and include house wrap and siding blocks for plaques, lights and plugs. Remove existing walls on the restrooms building and replace. Replace light fixtures with LED strip lights in restrooms and one LED fixture on outside gable end. Insulate ceilings in restrooms and add electric heaters for year round use. Install new circuit for heaters and new commercial grade fan motor with two ducts. Install power out to the ball fields. Install new toilets, sinks and faucets in the restrooms. Install new tile floors in the restrooms. Install ADA compliant privacy panels to both restrooms.

The owner is seeking a concessionaire to renovate, operate & maintain an amusement park. Parks is seeking a concessionaire for one (1) twenty (20) year term. The concessionaire will be required to renovate, operate, and maintain an amusement center, which may include games, go-carts and other amusement attractions. The concessionaire will be required to renovate, operate and maintain a food service facility at a high standard of quality. Replace rides as needed. Provide engineering and design as may be required. Replace perimeter fencing and entrance gates, as needed. Repave and restripe entire parking lot, including striping for handicap parking spaces per Code. Renovate or replace any kiosk, building structure, snack bar and ticket booth, as needed. Renovate public restrooms as needed and make ADA compliant. Repave walkways, as needed. Provide new landscaping throughout premises. Provide new signage. Repair all concrete pavement cracks and maintain go-cart track paving. Eliminate all trip hazards. Replace HVAC units with energy-efficient and/or Energy Star compliant units. Upgrade lighting throughout to be LED and energy-efficient. Upgrade utilities (water/electricity) as may be required.
