Renovation, Operation, and Maintenance of an Amusement Park At 1824 Shore Parkway, Brooklyn (Request for Proposal)

Description: The owner is seeking a concessionaire to renovate, operate & maintain an amusement park. Parks is seeking a concessionaire for one (1) twenty (20) year term. The concessionaire will be required to renovate, operate, and maintain an amusement center, which may include games, go-carts and other amusement attractions. The concessionaire will be required to renovate, operate and maintain a food service facility at a high standard of quality. Replace rides as needed. Provide engineering and design as may be required. Replace perimeter fencing and entrance gates, as needed. Repave and restripe entire parking lot, including striping for handicap parking spaces per Code. Renovate or replace any kiosk, building structure, snack bar and ticket booth, as needed. Renovate public restrooms as needed and make ADA compliant. Repave walkways, as needed. Provide new landscaping throughout premises. Provide new signage. Repair all concrete pavement cracks and maintain go-cart track paving. Eliminate all trip hazards. Replace HVAC units with energy-efficient and/or Energy Star compliant units. Upgrade lighting throughout to be LED and energy-efficient. Upgrade utilities (water/electricity) as may be required.
