Multi-Building Decarbonization Planning and Schematic Design

Description: The University of Colorado System, through CU Denver, seeks qualified architecture, planning, sustainability, engineering, or other development consultants to evaluate decarbonization and district thermal options for three downtown Denver academic buildings totaling approximately 900,000 square feet. The study is funded by a District Energy Conversion grant from the City and County of Denver's Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency Office. Subject to satisfactory results and approvals, a second phase may provide schematic design and costing for buildings demonstrating feasibility; this is an open professional-services solicitation, not a grant application.
