The committee meeting addressed various operational and infrastructural matters at Denver International Airport. Key actions included the approval of several concession agreements for food, beverage, and retail services; the amendment of contracts for compressed natural gas services and federal lobbying; and the authorization of construction services for facility projects. Additionally, the committee approved the purchase of fleet vehicles for airport maintenance and police use, lease agreements for drug testing facilities and support facilities, and a major contract for the operation and maintenance of conveyance systems such as elevators and escalators. A contract for equipment services supporting the electrification of solid waste trucks was also approved.

The committee reviewed and approved several consent items. These included a non-financial Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Kroenke Sports and Entertainment Metropolitan District No. 2 and No. 3 regarding the design, financing, and construction of the Wynkoop Crossing bridge, and a non-financial agreement with Delgany Bridge Restoration, Inc. for the restoration and maintenance of the bridge. Additionally, the committee approved resolutions dedicating multiple City-owned parcels of land as Public Right-of-Way at various intersections along North Federal Boulevard and North Brighton Boulevard.

The committee processed consent agenda items despite the meeting being canceled. Key actions included the amendment of a contract with Cityspan Technologies Inc. to increase funding and extend the performance period for the maintenance of the DAAconnect platform, as well as an amendment to a grant agreement with Denver Food Rescue to provide additional funding for the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative.

The committee held briefings regarding the annual updates for both the Office of the Independent Monitor and the Citizen Oversight Board. Additionally, the committee approved a grant agreement with the US Department of Health and Human Services in the amount of $14,554,975.00 to support the administration of the Denver Great Kids Head Start Program.

The committee discussed and approved several legislative actions, including an ordinance to modernize amusement and entertainment licensing provisions. Financial actions included the transfer of cash between ARPA grant funds to support micro-community projects and the allocation of interest earnings for federal grant software and personnel. Consent agenda items approved include a purchase order for a vacuum truck for the Wastewater Division, on-call general contractor services for All in Mile High sites, a lease agreement extension for a Department of Motor Vehicle office, and a land acquisition ordinance for a bridge project at Smith Road and Sandown Road over North Quebec Street.
