Space Planning and Design RFP

Description: Requirement for design and space planning services. Successful offeror(s) will be responsible for design and space planning of unicor's office furniture group product offering during the term of the contract. Successful offeror(s) will be required to work with unicor' sales and marketing vendor(s) on a daily basis for the duration of this award. This shall include existing products as well as new products added to our lines at a later date. Designers shall be qualified by national council for interior design qualification (ncidq) and shall provide a copy of their registered license number at the time of submitting the proposal. Offeror(s) serves as the primary point of contact on day to day communication for design and project related tasks. Offeror(s) shall be responsible for the design, development, fit and management of the project schedule; manage the project budget and document project reporting and communication. Services shall also include the following: Meet and participate with customer in project planning; Lead project communication, programming, space planning and analysis of suggesting furniture and finish specifications that meet the design requirements.
