Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, commissioning, and documentation necessary to complete the project. The work shall include, but is not limited to: Equipment Procurement. Furnish and install: Three (3) Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Units; Two (2) roof-mounted dry coolers; Two (2) associated pump packages (pump paks); Glycol piping system; Refrigerant piping, if required by the selected equipment; Isolation valves, balancing valves, strainers, and accessories; Structural roof supports as required; Electrical disconnects; Power wiring; Control wiring; Condensate drain piping; Expansion tanks; Air separators; Chemical treatment and glycol solution; Monitoring and alarm interfaces.
