Scope of contractor's services: the scope of the contractor's services would include welding, fabrication, pumps, valves, pipe welding, replacement or rebuild of vertical or horizontal shafts and impeller replacement. Mechanical items may include but are not limited to: pumps, blowers and compressed air systems, bar screens, grit removal, screening systems, flow equalization, oxidation processes, sludge handling, disinfection, various types of water/wastewater treatment equipment, portable pumping equipment, engines, piping, valves/gates, gearboxes/reduction units, presses, clarifiers, trickling filters, actuators, conveyors, catwalks/handrails and generators. Facility repairs are limited to metal work, fabrication, or repair. Direct experience in stormwater pumping stations, sewer lift stations, and water/wastewater treatment processes is desired.
