Miscellaneous Trucking Services (2026-021) RFP

Description: The City of Weatherford’s Public Works Department is soliciting bids for on-call miscellaneous trucking services to haul hot mix asphalt concrete, excavated dirt, and other construction materials. The contractor must provide at least five 12-yard trucks per project, give 48 hours’ notice of availability, include drivers, fuel, and maintenance in hourly rates, and comply with U.S. DOT and TXDOT requirements. The contract begins on the purchase-order effective date, expires September 30 of the following year, and may be renewed for up to three one-year terms.
