Work includes open-trench point repairs and installation of approximately 2,245 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe liner. Approximately 370 linear feet will be removed and replaced with ductile iron pipe.

Miscellaneous Sanitary Sewer Repairs FY 2025-2026 Package I
Work consists of miscellaneous sanitary sewer repairs. Project generally involves removing and replacing one standard sanitary sewer manhole in an area experiencing high inflow and infiltration (i&i) caused by a high groundwater table and a deteriorated manhole. Approx 600 LF of 12" diameter vitrified clay pipe (vcp) sewer main will also be removed and replaced. The project also includes the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes and the reconnection of active sanitary sewer service laterals.

Cast Iron Sewer Replacement FY 2025-2026 Package I
The project will remove approximately 490 linear feet of corroded, unlined cast iron pipe. The work includes replacing it with epoxy-lined ductile iron pipe, including new six-inch-diameter pipe. Existing pipe will also be plugged and abandoned.
