Millswood Middle School Re-Roof Project RFP

Description: Project consists of: shingle roof areas - inspect and replace any damaged shingles and dispose of the existing roof material off site. Replace the felt paper with 45 mil sa r-mer seal barrier as needed. Install new shingles as needed and as directed by the owner. Flat roof areas. Remove and dispose of the existing roofing material off site. Supply and install proper iso board and dens deck to plywood decking. Supply and install new kee membrane per manufacturer specs. Supply and install kee pipe boots and curbs where needed. Remove and re-install existing perimeter edge/coping metal. Replace as needed. Supply and install new walk pads from the roof hatches to and around the hvac units;etc, see attached file.
