MEP - Shower Room Renovation

Description: In general, the work consists of: the remodel of existing shower rooms, laundry rooms, and bathrooms of "A" & "B" buildings at facility. Bathrooms and shower rooms will be reconfigured to allow a singer user in a secure environment. This includes tamper resistant and anti-ligature fixtures and finishes. Wall and floor tile will be replaced. The plumbing supply, waste and vent piping will be reconfigured. Venhilation and exhaust will be modified to accommodate the remodeled spaces. Ceiling and lights will also be replaced. Bathrooms and showers will need to be remodeled in phases to limit disruption to the facilities safety and security operations. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 2) Fire Protection (Fire Suppression); 3) Plumbing; 4) Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning); and 5) Electrical.
