Medfield State Hospital Roadway & Utility Infrastructure Upgrades (phase 2) RFP

Description: Work involves installing extensive underground piping and conduit networks, including 1,760 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer pipe; various drainage lines comprising 330 LF of 12", 20 LF of 15", 920 LF of 18", 640 LF of 24", and 680 LF of 36" corrugated plastic pipe; water distribution mains consisting of 200 LF of 4", 300 LF of 6", and 2,100 LF of 8" ductile iron water pipe; and dry utility infrastructure featuring 9,000 LF of 4" concrete-encased telecommunication conduit alongside 9,800 LF of 5" concrete-encased electric conduit.
