MEADOWCREEK GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION PUMP/MOTOR ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT (2)

Description: The City of Charlottesville is soliciting a general contractor under IFB 27-40 to remove and replace two existing pump/motor assemblies serving the Meadowcreek Golf Course irrigation system. The work includes procurement and installation of pumps, piping, valves, sensors, structural steel, electrical wiring, safety switches, a motor control cabinet, conduit, conductors, and related hardware. Sealed bids are due October 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and project completion scheduled for February 28, 2027.
