Description: The WORK of this Contract comprises the construction of a hydropneumatic pump station including the building structure, mechanical and electrical ; pump skid ; hydropneumatic tank ; water piping and all other components required for system operation. It includes suction piping from existing tank to the hydropneumatic pump station ; discharge piping from the hydropneumatic pump station to the new point of connection in Rock Ridge Court ; ancillary items such as fittings, valves, locator wire, marking tape and other appurtenances ; fire hydrant and laterals. It also includes retiring and demolishing the existing elevated tank and existing booster pump station ; and completing all site work including final grading, paving and restoration.
