Management and Operation of "Jax On Ice" (Holiday Ice Rink) RFP

Description: Supply the Ice Rink infrastructure, on-site rink operation, and ticketing management for a Seasonal Ice Rink. The Operator will provide and manage all aspects of a Seasonal Ice Rink, including all rink infrastructure, ticketing management, staffing, marketing, and security. The Ice Rink will operate in partnership with the City of Jacksonville's Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, and the adjacent Holiday Market to provide specialty programming, collaborate on marketing initiatives, and to create an immersive and attractive ice rink and holiday setting.
