Description: Ville de Blainville is soliciting bids to replace the rooftop CVAC unit at the Maison des associations at 1001, chemin du Plan-Bouchard in Blainville. The existing equipment has reached the end of its useful life and will be replaced with a new system of equivalent capacity equipped with a heat pump. The work includes removing and disposing of the existing unit, supplying and installing the new equipment, disconnecting and reconnecting mechanical and electrical services, connecting to the building-management system, and removing the variable-speed drives.
