Additionally, the board addressed the write-off of receivables exceeding $25,000, revisions to the communication policy, and updates to the policy regarding the maintenance or closure of schools and modifications to educational services. The board also reviewed and adopted the triennial plan for the allocation and destination of buildings for 2025-2028, as well as establishment acts for 2025-2026. Furthermore, the meeting included follow-ups on the board's minutes, the filing of committee minutes, and declarations and commitments to ethical standards. Reports were presented by the board president and the general director, covering key issues, accountability, and educational project follow-ups. The board also discussed committee reports on governance, ethics, audit, and human resources. Policies on student admission and registration criteria, as well as transition rules between education levels, were addressed, along with the nomination of a complaints officer. Finally, the board discussed transport policies, tariffs, and concerns regarding hiring freezes, which were to be communicated to the Ministry of Education.

The strategic plan emphasizes the importance of concrete means to identify strengths and weaknesses, aligning with the overall vision of the school service center for the next four years. It prioritizes educational success, school climate, and the well-being of staff members. The plan aims to improve student outcomes, foster daily successes, and support the holistic development of each child, whether in sports, academics, or social activities. It also focuses on vocational training and adult education, ensuring that all staff members believe in and contribute to the educational projects, with a commitment to collaboration and the values of the people involved.

The meeting covered various topics including the adoption of the agenda, prestation of the oath, declaration of conflicts of interest, and a question period for attendees. It also involved the review and follow-up of previous meeting minutes and committee reports. Key discussions included ethical standards for council members, reports from the board president and general director, and updates on pilot projects such as staffing plans, human resources, and the PEVR 2023-2027. The council addressed grievances from teaching staff, staffing plans for support staff, resource allocation, risk management for corruption and collusion, transportation pricing, contract awards for cleaning services and air conditioning replacement, information security policies, renewal of the Sport-études program, and a triennial plan for building allocation.

The meeting addressed the renovation of the heating system at École Chavigny, accepting the lowest compliant bid from Groupe PRG inc. Additionally, the renovation of foundations and pedagogical spaces at École Louis-de-France was discussed, with the lowest compliant bid accepted from Reed Construction. The renewal of licenses with GRICS for the year 2019-2020 was authorized, with the amount adjusted based on the actual enrollment as of September 30, 2019.
