Longitudinal Data Warehouse Hosting RFP

Description: Seeking services to support the continued hosting, maintenance, and operation of its longitudinal data warehouse for the period of September 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The data warehouse uses the Education Analytics Stadium Model and integrates data from BPS¿s annual Ed-Fi Operational Data Stores. The selected vendor will manage the Snowflake and Airflow hosting infrastructure, perform necessary upgrades, and maintain and monitor the supporting code and data pipelines. The vendor will also provide ongoing technical support, accommodate minor business-rule updates, and conduct weekly consultation hours with BPS.
