Description: 1. Trees up to 8; in height shall be properly pruned, trimmed, and shaped one time annually to benefit effective growth conditions. 2. All ground covers shall be properly edged away from walkways, curbs, buildings, and walls on a weekly basis depending on growth. 3. All trees, shrubbery, and ground covers shall be fertilized with a balanced fertilizer two times per year. Insect and fungus control should be applied as needed. 4. All shrubs shall be trimmed as necessary to attain and/or maintain a neat manicured or natural look, whichever is applicable. All trimmings shall be picked up and disposed of on site in dumpsters in rear parking lot. 5. All vines up to 6 feet in height shall be properly trimmed two times annually to benefit the effect and growth condition.
