Construct approximately 10 miles of sustainable, erosion-resistant, fun & user friendly non-motorized recreational trail on the newly designed, pre-flagged alignment of a looping trail system located on portions of Joe Town Hill (west of Monroe). The design & surveying has been finalized.

Provide trail grooming services for approx. 70 miles of designated snowmobile trails.
