The second hearing concerned an application by Modern Land and Development, LLC for a recreational lodge and chair lifts in an Open Space district, where the Board also denied the appeals, upholding the permit with conditions related to noise decibel limits, non-reflective surfaces for structures, downward-directed lighting, and a biennial compliance review process.
