Improvements include, installing a new Ranger office trailer, a prefabricated comfort station, a premanufactured shade structure with two picnic tables, site furnishings, planting and irrigation, revegetation, new water and electrical service for the site, internet connection to the office trailer, a concrete driveway, sewage holding tanks for the comfort station and office trailer, parking and sidewalk path of travel improvements compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, all other park amenities and appurtenances.
