Description: The U.S. Embassy in Yangon seeks a contractor to provide library operations, event programming, caretaker, janitorial, and general management services for the Jefferson Center in Mandalay, Myanmar. The contractor must provide three full-time staff, coordinate programming with American Center Yangon, prepare monthly reports, and maintain required operational and quality standards; vendors based outside Myanmar must have a responsible local partner in Myanmar. This is a full-and-open, lowest-price-technically-acceptable contract solicitation with a one-year period of performance beginning upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed, and it is not a grant program.
