Description: Invitation To Bid VPS #5 Group M Septic to Sewer Project requests sealed bids to provide all materials, equipment and labor to install 4-inch PVC sewer laterals, decommission onsite residential septic tanks, connect into existing sewer laterals at each residence right-of-way, and restore disturbed areas. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 14, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. local time; bids will be publicly opened at the Okeechobee Utility Authority office.
