The board discussed a consent agenda item involving a correction to an invoice from a consultant for an ozone system upgrade. A significant portion of the meeting was dedicated to a resident's request for grant reimbursement related to private septic tank abandonment. The board deliberated on the resident's request, ultimately proposing that the utility's contractor handle the necessary remaining connection work, including piping installation and site restoration, rather than providing direct reimbursement for the privately completed abandonment. This approach was recommended to ensure future grant compliance and project oversight.
