Esmeralda Golf Course Sewer Improvements (Invitation to Bid)
Procure, Supply, and Construct new Force Main Sewer Improvements at Esmeralda Golf Course. Force Main Sewer Improvements scope of work generally includes: Site protection including irrigation and tree protection, construction entrance, stormwater and dust control, construction fencing, access road construction, and general conditions, Decommissioning of existing septic tank, and demolition of existing asphalt and gravel road as required to place new improvements, Trenching and excavation as shown on plan, Procure and install new lift station including appurtenances and electrical as shown on plans and specifications, force main cleanout, 2" HDPE force main, 48" manhole, and 6" sewer main to right of way, Coordination with owner, contractor-provided, and City approved Arborist for tree protection, removal, clearance pruning, and root-air spading, Restoration of landscape and hardscape surfaces. Bid Add/Alternate #1: Procure, Supply, and Construct new Gravity Sewer Improvements within Rich Avenue.
