Investment Advisory Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The Services include assisting in the development and implementation of investment strategies that align with the Agency's objectives, liquidity needs and risk tolerance, providing recommendations on investment opportunities including asset allocation, portfolio construction and rebalancing, by acting in an advisory and administrative capacity, and provide periodic reviews of asset allocation targets and recommend adjustments.
