Inglewood Transit Connector - 90% GMP (Request for Proposals)

Description: ITC Phase 1 will deliver enabling works to improve traffic congestion and acquire key right-of-way parcels before the 2028 Olympics. It includes mobility hubs with parking and transit amenities, mini-mobility hubs with amenities for surface parking other uses, dedicated event bus lanes, and pedestrian improvements. The City envisions connecting parkers at the mobility hubs to destinations using shuttles that would be expedited through the use of transit-only lanes, while preserving the development for a future Automated People Mover between the Sports and Entertainment District and Downtown Inglewood Metro Station. The scope of work includes three (3) Mobility Hubs - MH-1, MH-2 & MH-3, Pedestrian Bridge connecting Metro K-Line and Streetscape Improvements (together, the “Project Elements”) which are described below. The objective is to implement all Project Elements.
