Description: Provide the rental, delivery, cleaning, maintenance, and service of chemical portable toilets, portable shower facilities and waste water holding tanks ("units"). Portable shower facilities and associated support services for emergency response, disaster operations, planned events, and continuity of operations activities. Services may be utilized to support emergency responders, disaster survivors, essential personnel, volunteers, contractors, and other authorized individuals during incidents requiring temporary sanitation and hygiene facilities. The contractor shall furnish, deliver, install, maintain, service, and remove portable shower units and related equipment upon request by the agency.

Furnishing, delivery, placement, servicing, maintenance, and removal of portable toilet units and enclosed hand-washing stations at designated locations throughout County. Portable toilet units may include an integrated hand-washing station incorporated into the toilet unit, or the vendor may provide separate enclosed hand-washing stations. Separate enclosed hand-washing stations will be considered as an acceptable substitute for an integrated hand-washing station. The successful bidder shall furnish, deliver, place, service, maintain, and remove portable toilet units and enclosed hand-washing stations as requested by County. Each portable toilet unit shall include, at a minimum: Standard portable toilet compartment; Toilet paper and necessary restroom supplies; Waste holding tank; Fresh water for hand washing, where applicable; Soap dispenser and soap; Paper towels or an approved hand-drying system; Enclosed hand-washing station, when bid as a separate unit; Delivery and placement of units; Routine cleaning and sanitizing; Pumping and waste removal; Replenishment of fresh water and restroom supplies; Maintenance and repairs as needed; Pickup and removal of units upon request. All units and hand-washing stations shall be maintained in a clean, sanitary, safe, and serviceable condition throughout the rental period. County is requesting pricing for eight (8) portable toilet units, with or without integrated hand-washing stations. Hand-washing stations, whether incorporated into the portable toilet unit or provided separately, must be enclosed. Vendors may submit pricing for: 1. Portable toilets with integrated enclosed hand-washing stations; 2. Portable toilets without integrated hand-washing stations, with separate enclosed hand-washing stations; or 3. Both options.
