HVAC Replacement in G Hall At Sparks High School - Phase II

Description: Work includes remove and replace four (4) rooftop units serving the library. Remove two (2) existing steam air handlers in mechanical mezzanine. New VRF air handler system to serve ROTC offices, photo classroom, and metal shop office. Three (3) new rooftop units to serve G hall hallway, G7 & G9 classrooms. Two (2) new gas-fired furnaces with split-dx outdoor condensing units serving metal shop classroom. Miscellaneous roof work including curbs, walk pads, ships ladder, gas piping and electrical.
