High School Storm Sewer Extension

Description: Storm sewer extension work includes construction of a new relief storm sewer line. Work generally includes asphalt removal/replace, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer improvements, creek outfall protection including gabion baskets and gabion mattress, aggregate surfacing, and parking stall re-striping in select areas. Removals, Replacements, and Eartwork: 2 EA Tree Removals (28" dia. and 14" dia.); 548 SY remove/replace existing asphalt, 6"; 241 SY remove/replace 6" aggregate surfacing (gravel drive); Miscellaneous grading at creek outfall at pipe end section installation. Storm Sewer: 814 LF 30" RCP, Class III (w/Type A aggregate backfill beneath pavement). 3 EA storm manhole and 1 EA area inlet. 1 EA connection to existing 9th Street storm sewer manhole. 1 EA concrete headwall with end section at creek outfall. Gabion baskets and mattresses supporting pipe end section at creek outfall.
