STORM SEWER REPAIR

Description: The Town of Clayton, Delaware is soliciting sealed bids for the Storm Sewer Repair project, which consists of repairing approximately 3,530 linear feet of existing storm sewer mains ranging from 8-inch to 42-inch diameter round pipe and 34-inch by 53-inch elliptical pipe using open-cut trench replacement and Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) construction methods. The work includes traffic control, milling, hot-mix trench and roadway paving, hot-mix overlay, and restoration of all surfaces disturbed by construction. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on August 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Clayton Town Hall, and bids will be opened publicly on August 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time.
