Description: The City of Toledo (Division of Purchases and Supplies / DPU Water Treatment Plant) is soliciting bids to haul, dispose of, or beneficially reuse approximately 45,000 wet tons per year of spent lime from its Drinking Water Solids Dewatering Facility.
