PRE-BID QUESTIONS: Bidder questions must be formally submitted to the Architect using the RFI form provided in the project specification manual. Questions will be accepted until November 16, 2026. Bidder questions may be directed to Kathryn Trainor (KTrainor [at] dillsarchitects.com) with Haleigh Devost (HDevost [at] dillsarchitects.com) on copy.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory Prebid Conference will be held on site November 10, 2026 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Landstown High School. Contractors must sign in and obtain a visitor pass at the Main Entrance Security Desk prior to any interior or exterior building or site review. Bidders are not permitted to access the facility outside of the non-mandatory pre-bid conference without prior coordination with VBCPS Staff Engineer Ryan Hersey (contact via e-mail james.hersey [at] vbschools.com).
