Great Neck Road, Suite 204, Virginia Beach, VA 23454. PDF documents will be transferred through Sharefile. PRE-BID QUESTIONS: Bidder questions must be formally submitted to the Architect using the RFI form provided in the project specification manual. Questions will be accepted until November 16, 2026. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory Prebid Conference will be held on site November 10, 2026 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Landstown High School. Contractors must sign in and obtain a visitor pass at the Main Entrance Security Desk prior to any interior or exterior building or site review. Bidders are not permitted to access the facility outside of the non-mandatory pre-bid conference without prior coordination with VBCPS Staff Engineer Ryan Hersey (contact via e-mail james.hersey [at] vbschools.com).
