Grant Consulting Services RFP

Description: The City of Homestead is seeking qualified firms or individuals to establish a pre-qualified pool for comprehensive grant consulting services, including grant research, writing and application development, and post-award administration. This is a services procurement—not a grant program—and work will be assigned as needed through task orders to support municipal priorities such as transportation, infrastructure, environment, economic development, public safety, parks and recreation, technology, and community development. The anticipated term is three years with up to two one-year renewals, and proposals are due October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
