Construction of Phase 3 Trails RFP
Work to include but not limited to: swppp, traffic control, tree protection fencing, tree removal, root pruning, demolition and legal disposal of existing concrete and decomposed granite trails, grading, and the salvage and reinstallation of site furnishings. New construction includes, but is not limited to, concrete trails, site furnishings, shade structures, trail markers, curb ramps, concrete pavers, adjustments to existing irrigation systems and site restoration
