Provide strategic planning consulting service provider to lead an extensive and collaborative strategic planning process aimed at guiding the city's operations and decision-making. The service provider will assist the city with the facilitation process of developing a strategic plan that includes stakeholder sessions and provide services that result in a city-wide strategic plan. Jefferson County Metropolitan Housing Authority

Qualified experienced strategic planning consultant to facilitate a strategic planning process to develop a new strategic plan for 2027-2030. Facilitation: Facilitating meetings with stakeholders (Board, Staff, Community). Data Collection: Gathering information through research, surveys and interviews. Analysis: Analyzing data and identifying strategic priorities. Strategic Planning Development: Creating the strategic plan document. Implementation Support: Provide guidance on implementing the plan. Timelines: Specify project timelines and deadlines. Conduct pre-meeting with Owner staff and Owner Board. Organize and facilitate meetings to encourage participation and gather insight regarding critical issues and priorities for Owner.

Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (Contractor)

Qualifications of Architectural/Engineering (A/E) teams interested in providing site and space services for the LBNL main site and off-site leased facilities. The range of services is expected to include a variety of professional architectural, landscape, and engineering disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls. The planning services will also include site utility distribution systems.
