Farr Neighborhood - Phase 1d - Service Connections Construction
This is construction of service connections for the Farr Neighborhood water-line relocation project. The City’s overview says it is moving aging backyard water lines to the front of homes, installing new meters there, and connecting homes to the new system while taking the old backyard lines out of service. The stated goals are improved water-service reliability and easier, less disruptive maintenance; sewer lines will remain in place.
