GA032 Replace FA System

Description: Demolition: Demolish existing fire alarm systems in building 1A and building 1B. This will include: a. All stand-alone pull stations and associated bells in building 1A. b. Fire alarm control panel in building 1B, including back-up batteries and external dialer. c. All pull stations, smoke detectors. heat detectors, and notification appliances as well as their associated wiring. Conduit may be reused. All conduit which is not reused shall be demolished. Remove all demolished equipment, including wiring, and dispose of the waste off-site at an approved landfill/facility. Architectural: Where drywall, ceiling tiles, finishes, or other building features are damaged or demolished as part of the fire alarm system replacement, they shall be replaced to match the existing.
