FY27 - Reducing Childhood Hunger (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to contract for FY27 - Reducing Childhood Hunger. Applicants will propose a program/model design that addresses the needs of the target population. Required elements are: 1. Program must include nutritional/budgeting education component 2. Provide families with resources to address food insecurity 3. Provide immediate solutions (such as food boxes, food bags, or some other resource) to alleviate emergency food insecurity needs 4. Provide linkages to other community-based programs to assist with other needs such as clothing, shelters, housing, along with any other identified needs. See attached file.
