FY27 - Families Forward Wicomico (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified vendors to contract for FY27 - families forward Wicomico. Applicants will propose a program/model design that addresses the needs of the target population. Required elements are: provide family navigation and case management; provide parent education and family strengthening efforts; provide workforce and economic mobility resources; focus on early childhood success, basic needs stabilization, and family wellness; provide linkages to other community-based programs for any other identified needs; incorporation of intentional efforts to address racial and ethnic disparities.
