FY27 - Early Childhood ACEs (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to contract for FY27 - Early Childhood ACEs. Applicants will propose a program/model design that addresses the needs of the target population. Required elements are: 1. Collaboration with community partners which assist in identifying and accessing the target population. Suggested partners include the Department of Social Services, Health Department, Local Behavioral Health Authority, Area hospitals, Judy Center, Birth-to-five, Infants and Toddlers programming. Once awarded, the selected provider will need to demonstrate formal partnerships through MOU, contracts, or other written agreements. See attached file.
