FY26 Harlingen Placement Area (PA)13 and 10 Improvements

The work consists of the following construction within a shallow channel: Schedule 1 - will consist of a 3-foot raise, inlet structure installation and H&H shoreline protection feature for PA 13; Option 1 - will consist of a clearing/grubbing and minor dike repairs/grade for PA 10. Option 2 – will consist of inlet structure repairs for PA 10; Option 3 – will consist of a splash pad for PA 10.
